Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year
As 2023 draws to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. It has been an absolute pleasure looking after you and your family this year, and I am incredibly grateful for your loyalty and support. 2024 is going to be a very exciting year, and I can’t wait to share it with you!
I’m Taking a Short Break
I will be on leave from the 10th of December to the 17th December. During this time, I will still be available to take bookings and answer questions, so please feel free to keep in contact with me. Otherwise, my hours will remain the same throughout December, including through Christmas and New Year (except public holidays).
Let People Know How I Can Help
One of the best ways to educate your family and friends, and the community in general, on how chiropractic care can help them is to share your experience. And the easiest way to do this is through a Google Review. If you haven’t already done so, I would greatly appreciate if you could leave me a review on Google by clicking here.
Don’t Forget to Look After Yourself
With all the parties, festivities, travel and yummy food on offer at this time of year, it’s very easy to lose sight of your health goals. Whilst it can definitely be challenging maintaining a healthy diet, it’s not impossible.
A couple of foods to minimise as much as you can are gluten and dairy. Both are highly inflammatory and can adversely affect the health of your gut, leading to bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhoea, headaches, fatigue, and muscle aches and pains.
Where you can, try to seek out healthier options, like fresh fruit and vegetables, and lean meat and fish. Try to minimise your sugar intake through sweets and deserts, and make sure you consume enough water on a daily basis. And the alcohol… I’ll leave that one up to you! ;)
